A multivendor marketplace is an online platform where multiple sellers can showcase and sell products through a single storefront.

Creating a New Store

To start selling as a vendor on SaasCart:
  1. Sign Up: Register to create your online store.
  2. Complete Store Setup: Fill in all necessary details to set up your store.
  3. Access the Dashboard: After signing up, you’ll be redirected to the vendor dashboard.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides vendors with an overview of their store’s performance through key statistics.

Dashboard Statistics

  • Total Revenue: Displays total earnings from orders.
  • Total Refunds: Shows the number of return or refund requests.
  • Total Orders: Indicates the total number of purchases made by customers.
  • Total Products: Reflects the number of products available for sale.
  • Total Balance: Shows the current wallet balance.

Order Status

The dashboard includes order details and a dropdown filter to sort orders by status.

Personal Details

To update profile information, click on My Account and make the necessary changes to your personal details.

Store Features

View your wallet balance and transaction history directly from the Wallet section.

Commission History

Access detailed information about your commission history in the Commission History section.

Payout Details

SaasCart offers two payout options:
  • Bank Transfer: Enter your bank details.
  • PayPal: Provide your PayPal email for payments.
Choose the payout option that works best for you.

Withdrawal

  • Wallet Balance: Your available balance is displayed here.
  • Withdrawal History: View your past withdrawal requests and their status (approved or rejected by admin).
Note: Ensure your payout details are filled in before requesting a withdrawal. To request funds, select the withdrawal option, complete all fields accurately, and verify the minimum withdrawal amount before submitting.
