
POS System
The Point of Sale (POS) system in SaasCart allows vendors to efficiently process in-store orders. Here’s a guide to using and configuring the POS system.How Does POS Work?
- POS Button Location: The POS button can be found in the header. Admins need to grant permission to specific roles to make the POS button visible.
Starting an Order
- Add Products to Cart: Click the Add button next to the desired product to add it to the cart.
- Select a Customer: Choose an existing customer or click Add New to register a new customer with the required details.
- Set Shipping and Billing Addresses:
- Select an existing address or click Add New to enter a new address for shipping and billing.
Delivery and Payment Options

Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery
- Same Day Delivery (select a preferred time slot)
- Delivery options can be configured in the Settings Menu. Get the guide here.
- Payment Method: Select the payment method at checkout to complete the purchase.
Note: Ensure all fields are accurately filled before confirming the order.
Additional Options
- Use Points and Wallet Balance: Check the respective boxes to apply points and wallet balance.
- Apply Coupon Codes: Coupons can be added at checkout. View available coupons on the Coupons page.
Order Details
The Order Details page provides a tracking view of the order’s progress, with status options including:- Pending
- Processing
- Cancelled
- Shipped
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
