Guide to managing customer points in SaasCart
SaasCart Points Management
The Points Management feature in SaasCart allows administrators to manage customer points for rewards, discounts, and other engagement strategies. This guide covers how to add, withdraw, and track points for customers.
Key Features
- Select Customer: Use the Select Customer dropdown to choose the customer whose points you want to manage.
- Point Balance: View the current point balance for the selected customer.
- Add/Withdraw Points: Adjust the point balance by adding or withdrawing points based on customer actions or promotional rewards.
Managing Points
- Select Customer: Choose a customer from the dropdown list to view and manage their point balance.
- Add or Withdraw Points:
- Enter the amount in the Add/Withdraw Amount field.
- Click Add to increase the point balance or Withdraw to reduce the points for the selected customer.
- Point Balance: The updated point balance will be displayed after adding or withdrawing points.
Transaction History
The Transactions section displays a detailed history of all point-related transactions for the selected customer. This includes:
- Point: The number of points added or withdrawn.
- Type: Type of transaction (e.g., Add, Withdraw).
- Remark: Notes or reasons for the transaction, if applicable.
- Create At: The date and time when the transaction was recorded.
Additional Features
- Date Range Filter: Use the date filters to narrow down transactions within a specific period.
- Search: Locate specific transactions quickly by entering keywords in the search bar.
- Pagination: Adjust the number of items displayed per page and navigate through pages of transactions.
Best Practices
- Regular Updates: Keep point balances updated based on customer activity or promotional events.
- Record Remarks: When adding or withdrawing points, add remarks for future reference to maintain transparency.
- Encourage Engagement: Use points as an incentive for customer engagement, such as rewarding purchases or referrals.
